To change the face selection preference

Window > Settings/Preferences > Preferences 의 Selection category 에서

• To select faces by clicking anywhere on the face, click Whole.
• To select faces by clicking the dot in the center, click Center.

Display the polygon count in the scene view
Display > Heads Up Display > Poly Count
여기 나타나는 숫자들은 3개의 column 으로 이루어지는데

• Left : Total counts for all visible polygons
• Middle : Counts for selected polygons
• Right : Counts for selected components on objects that are partly visible in the view

주의점 : Changing your view can affect the counts
The Poly Count display only counts visible objects.

Triangle을 Show 하려면
마야에서는 디폴트로 폴리곤을 Triangle 단위까지 안보여주지만 Triangle 을 보고 싶다면

• Display > Polygons > Custom Polygon Display...

를 선택 (메뉴 맨 밑에 있음) 해서

• Face : 를 Triangles

로 세팅해주면 된다.
